The layout includes bedrooms on one side of the home, and an open-concept kitchen and living area on the other, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

It's a fascinating coastal area to explore, teeming with marine life, colorful rocks, shells, and driftwood. Other fantastic amenities include a 9-hole waterfront golf course, scenic walking trails, footbridge over Morse Creek, and direct access to the Olympic Discovery Trail - all just steps from your door!

Awaken each morning to peaceful water and mountain views through the large picture windows as you relax at the expansive 11-foot quartz kitchen island or in the cozy breakfast nook. Enjoy an endless supply of pure, clean drinking water from our on-demand Reverse Osmosis filtration system, perfect for refilling your hiking water bottles. The kitchen features brand new appliances (electric oven and stove w/ overhead vent, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), and is fully stocked with spices, cooking oils, and a complete range of dishes, cups, cookware, utensils, large crockpot, toaster, and blender.

In keeping with the tradition of the second "B" in "AirBnB," we're excited to introduce a complimentary Waffle Breakfast Station. Featuring a Mickey Mouse waffle maker just like the one at Disney, it includes regular and gluten-free waffle mix, and rainbow chocolate chips!

A fully stocked gourmet coffee and tea bar awaits you. Choose from a curated selection of organic whole bean or ground coffee, Keurig pods, black and herbal tea, and hot chocolate. An assortment of single-serve creamer and sweeteners are also provided for your convenience. A Keurig coffee pod machine, Ninja drip coffee maker for brewing full pots, coffee grinder, and electric tea kettle are all available for your enjoyment.

If you're a fan of mixology, you'll appreciate the fully equipped home bar, complete with glassware, blender, and mixing tools. Please note that while we provide the setup for your cocktail creations, alcohol is not included, so bring your favorite spirits to craft your drinks. Relax in the comfortable adjacent lounge area, engage in a friendly game of cards, or enjoy a board game as you mix and sip at your leisure.

Seamount Haven offers three luxuriously appointed private bedrooms, each featuring new cloud-like memory foam mattresses, soft blankets, hypoallergenic down alternative pillows, white noise machines, and flat-screen Roku TVs. Each bedroom is additionally outfitted with its own personal heat control, ceiling fans, blackout shades, and state of the art Hepa air purifiers.
**Bedroom #1:** Enjoy a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a rainfall shower, toilet, and double sinks. This room offers peekaboo water views for a tranquil ambiance.
**Bedroom #2:** Relax in this inviting bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a serene forest view.
**Bedroom #3:** This cozy bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and boasts peekaboo water views.

There is an additional full size bathroom in the hall between Bedrooms #2 and #3. The home is equipped with two full-sized hot water heaters, ensuring plenty of hot water for each bathroom and all guests. Additionally, we provide hand soap, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hair dryers in every bathroom.

Bedrooms are positioned on the opposite side of the house from the living area and kitchen, ensuring a tranquil rest for early sleepers while night owls can enjoy staying up without causing disruptions.

*Additional twin size fold-down sofa bed with optional memory foam topper is also available in the living area.
**Please note that all our beds are equipped with luxurious memory foam mattresses topped with a soft 4-inch deluxe memory foam topper, providing a plush sleeping experience. If you prefer a firm bed, our home may not align with your comfort preferences.**

The experience continues with just a short 5-minute stroll down to the ocean's edge, where the marine world greets you. Witness awe-inspiring orcas, seals, and playful otters thriving in their natural habitat. Starfish and crabs are frequently found amongst the colorful rocks and shells on the beach.

Guest have access to the entire house, front deck, back deck, and backyard. Garage is used for storage and is not accessible. The outdoor staircase on the hill behind the house is currently under reconstruction and not accessible. We are always a phone call or text away and available 24/7.

The home is located in picturesque and peaceful golf course community in Port Angeles East, offering a blend of luxury and tranquility. As you drive through the neighborhood, a charming horse barn and pasture bordered by picket fences will greet you, along with a canopy of lush trees that create a serene ambiance. Within the neighborhood, you'll find a beautiful private beach, a gorgeous creek that flows out to ocean with walking trails along the creek, access to the Olympic Discovery Trail, and a waterfront golf course. Located just 5 miles from Olympic National Park Visitor Center, and minutes from grocery stores and dining options, this location offers the perfect mix of nature and convenience.

On-site parking accommodates 2 vehicles, with additional parking upon request.

House Rules:
- Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited in the house or anywhere on the premises to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.
- To keep our home asthma and allergy friendly, pets or animals are not permitted in the home. This includes service animals, due to the owner's medical exemption resulting from severe allergies.
-Burning incense is not allowed.
-No parties, or overnight guests not listed on the booking.

Septic System:
Please help keep our septic safe and functioning properly. To help maintain its efficiency, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
- Please only use the septic-safe toilet paper provided (don’t worry, it’s very soft and 2-ply!), and refrain from flushing feminine products, flushable wipes, or non-biodegradable items down the toilets.
- Please avoid disposing of grease, coffee grinds, or food scraps down the kitchen sink. Please discard these items into the trash instead.

Property Details:
- On-site parking is available for 2 vehicles.
- Please note that the entrance to the house has a staircase with 9 steps, and there are 4 additional stairs within the home separating the bedrooms from the kitchen/living area. Retractable baby gates are installed at the top of each staircase.
- While rarely needed, a portable air conditioning unit is provided in the living room area during the summer months.
